That gives the product its glossy and smooth surface, milky and soft acidic flavour, plump texture that is solid on the spoon while pleasantly crisp on the palate, and an irreproducible complex flavour of real yogurt. White yogurt provides a harmonious combination of vital nutrients for your healthy diet and is also a great ingredient for home cooking.
